Far more than the potato state, Idaho is the Wilderness State.
Our mission area contains three designated wilderness areas: the northern edge of the epic Frank Church-River of No Return, the Selway-Bitterroot, and the Gospel-Hump.

There is more left to protect. The Clearwater contains some 1.4 million acres of roadless country - undeveloped public lands that lack congressional protections. These places are frequently targeted for large-scale logging, road-building, stream alterations and more.
