Nez Perce Fall General Council
For those attending the General Council meeting in Lapwai, FOC and Nimiipuu Protecting the Environment will be tabling both Thursday, September 22nd and Friday, September 23rd to advocate for grizzly bears and Tribal efforts to protect predators. If you plan on attending please stop by!
Buffalo Field Campaign
Next month, BFC’s Executive Director (and Nez Perce Tribal member) James Holt will be in Moscow with co-founder Mike Mease and Native flute performer Mignon Geli to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the remarkable grassroots organization. Come to One World Cafe October 6th at 7pm for a night of storytelling and music, and learn how the organization has advocated for wild bison and indigenous rights for a quarter-century.
